Well-known man about C-Town, Phil Luckey, is all about some new projects these days. In addition to the "MusArDanz" variety showcase he's organized (Sunday night @ Contrapasso) to help Lindsay Fussell live her dream of performing in New York, Phil has launched CommuniTV with the goal of "connecting the Chattanooga community using video and television."
