The Arts and Education Council added two new films to the Independent Film Series at the Bijou Theater downtown. Sunshine Cleaning is playing through Thursday at 4:30, 7:35 and 9:40 p.m. Gomorrah, based on an expose of the Naples mafia and winner of the 2008 Grand Prix at Cannes, opens on Friday, April 17.
