First of all, thanks for stopping by. Read on for your guided tour of the Chattarati experience.

Most Recent Featured Post At the top of the home page, you'll see our most recent featured post. This area will be reserved for special in-depth content, and we're planning on publishing new featured posts 2-3 times a week. The Blog Just below the most recent feature, you'll see the full blog stream. This area will be nearly identical to the format of most blogs, with posts appearing in reverse chronological order (newest at the top). For each post, you'll see the headline, author, categories and a 1-2 paragraph intro. Click on "more..." and you'll be taken to the full page for that post, where you can read the rest of the story and add your comments. Comments We want to hear from you. Really. Intelligent discourse and a community atmosphere are important to us, so we have a few comment guidelines, but here's the gist: respectful, on topic comments are always welcome. ShareThis ShareThis is the easiest way to tell your friends about a post on Chattarati. Just click on the ShareThis link on any post and you'll be able to submit the story to social news sites like Digg, post the item to your Facebook profile, or send a link by email or SMS. Chattarati on Twitter What the heck is Twitter? Chattarati has two Twitter feeds--one for hot news and updates from Chattarati, and one for our good friend Fake Ron Littlefield. Fake Ron Littlefield Chattarati is honored to be hosting a special column entitled The Secret Diary of (Fake) Ron Littlefield. It's a place for Fake Ron (best mayor ever) to share his personal perspective on all things Chattanooga. He's a busy guy, so sometimes he only has time for the 140-character goodness of Twitter. Recently Blogged This section is a place for us to highlight the recent posts of our favorite local bloggers. It's inspired by Guy Kawasaki's Alltop.com and we hope it will help promote Chattanooga's already bustling blog scene. Chattarati on Flickr There are a lot of fantastic photographers in this, the Scenic City, so we wanted a place to highlight their work. Simply add your photos to our Flickr pool or tag them with 'chattarati' and they'll show up in our feed. We'd love to feature a Photo of the Day on the blog, so get posting! Chattarati Facebook Group Isn't everyone on Facebook these days? Join our group and we'll keep you updated... Most Popular Posts Way down at the bottom of the page, you'll see a list of our most popular posts. These are determined by a very fancy WordPress plugin using proprietary mathematical formulas! Seriously, though, it's just a quick way to see what your fellow readers are most interested in.
