#5 via "Pack Your Bags for Vegas!"
dryan Says: Wow this is like the Times Free Press. Except that it’s intelligent, funny and provoking. So I guess it’s nothing like the TFP after all.
#4 via "Lookout Mountain Seeks Height Addition"
sumdog Says: Have heard about and even been invited to the Walden Club. I heard it’s pretty elite. Just thinking about it makes me want to go on a massive killing spree and start a Marxist Revolution. [This comment might be satire, depending on who is domestically spying on me. Viva La Revolution]
#3 via "Breaking: Volkswagen Delays Plant Decision"
Tim Price Says: There will be no Volkswagen plant for Chattanooga. It is going to the Huntsville location. Two reputable German publications have already said that it is going to Alabama. It went for the same reasons plant always use for a location. Cheap land, labor cost and availability, environmental cocerns, and tax incentives. We have fallen short in every catagory to the Alabama site. In this county we believe our own hype. I was right about Kia, Toyota, and now Volkswagen. I am not happy about it just realistic. We need small business for this location.
For the #2 comment, we have a bet that this is actually someone close (blood-related?) to Tiffany. This isn't a reality show, so why would she really give care if a website in Chattanooga, TN talked some smack? #2 via "How Did We Miss This?: ’80s Pop Icon Tiffany to Appear at CARES Fundraiser at Warehouse Row on August 2"
anonymous Says: Just because she’s not on crappy MTV anymore or on the radio doesn’t mean she’s not successful. Check out her last three albums, as they are amazing. She’s a songwriter now who writes about real life. She’s come far in the industry as a vocalist, songwriter, and a person. She didn’t let the Man keep her down. Before you say shit about anyone maybe you should do a little research. It’s a shame people stereotype her the way they do, because they are missing out on some great music. She’s versatile - she can do dance, rock, and even country although country isn’t my cup of tea. Give her a freakin chance and stop being so closed minded. She’s been through a lot in and out of the music industry but she is still rockin it out on stage. Gotta give that woman props. More than I can say for you.
This last one was a bit of a no-brainer to select. This was our first "holy crap" moments ...drumroll please. Our favorite comment is... #1 via "Please, Mayor Littlefield, Do Something to Prove You’re Not a Doorknob"
Zack Littlefield Says: Say what you want, but I know everyone did alot to help push things along - including the mayor. They worked as a team - nonstop. I was there. I saw it. I heard it. Ask any of the other folks. Ask Claude Ramsey. THEY ALL DID WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. I know it stings you to see something good happen. I know it makes it harder to cry and complain, but too bad…it happened. Can’t you just be happy? Or do you ALWAYS have to find some way to twist it into a rant that shows how much of a sore loser you are. Are you in your Mom’s basement swallowing a huge mound of Taco Bell nachos while you dream up your next attack post? It’s pretty obvious that you and Billy “Roller” Blades are one and the same. Go to Volkswagon and get a job. Seriously…who’s the doorknob here? - Is it the mayor, or a blogger who gives themself a fake superhero name so they don’t have to man up and stand behind their words? A superhero that references himself and his “secret” identity on another blog? What is this second grade? Give us all a freakin’ break and get over it you sore freakin’ loser! Perhaps Billy Bladerunner or [edited] or whatever his name is should run for mayor and show us all how it’s done. I’d love to see that. -Zack Littlefield son of your favorite mayor
