Chattanooga: Judge dismisses Comcast lawsuit A Chattanooga judge on Friday threw out Comcast’s lawsuit seeking to block EPB from offering cable, telephone and Internet service to residential customers. - Competition seems to help the customer in the end. Having Comcast, AT&T, Charter (sucks) and EPB in competition will hopefully decrease rates and improve customer service and weed out the bad (Charter). If there wasn't any more reason to hate the iphone, the amount of media attention given to it this weekend over... well everything else of importance would push anyone over the edge.
