The signing of Rep. Wamp can only be an improvement for the 17-46 Nationals...

Hitting this sign is the best motivation the Nationals have for more than a single . . .

First of all, "Registered offender in Section C, Row 7" doesn't even make sense.. Wamp was PLAYING in a game on the field, not watching from the stands. Second of all, he was playing SHORTSTOP not third base. And lastly, people have been making "coke" jokes since 1992 when Wamp first ran for office. That makes them not just tasteless, but also old. It's been 17 years, every paper in Tennessee has run the story about Wamp's past... no one cares anymore.
