From the Tennessean:
Erin Brockovich, a nationally known consultant on environmental law, will hold a news conference in Roane County Thursday to discuss legal recourse residents could have in the wake of a massive coal ash spill at a local power plant.
FYI: That's the real Erin Brokovich, not Julia Roberts. Bummer.
And in a real show of WTF Chattanooga?, the Chattanoogan has a poll asking: Do you believe the TVA fly ash spill near Harriman is a threat to the Chattanooga water supply? 36% say 'No, they happen to prefer the taste of mercury and arsenic in their water supply.' That'll show those greenies, huh?
