I lived on Signal Mountain for 5 years. It needs a Lupi's. Every day that Lupi's doesn't open a Lupi's on Signal Mountain, is a day that Lupi's is missing out on thousands of dollars.

No, really, I'd like to see better restaurants(not chains). More standard retail like clothing, bike shop, and some competition for Pruett's.

With the growing population, I think the idea of converting the old Middle School to a major health club, walking area, pet area, and small business center is very needed.
